Events with Alcohol

All chapter events where alcohol is present (including tailgates), both on and off campus, require the submission of the Event Notification Form to be reviewed by the IFC Executive Vice President.

Event Notification Forms must be submitted to the IFC Executive Vice President at least seven (10) days prior to the event (i.e. If a chapter wanted to host an event on Friday, the fourteenth, they must submit their Notification Form no later than 11:59 PM on Friday, the seventh).

Philanthropic Events

The Event Notification Form is due two (2) weeks prior to any philanthropy event. In order to avoid conflicting events, events will be submitted and will be able to occur upon confirmation of this form, on a first come, first serve basis. Please review the IFC Calendar to ensure that your desired date is available.

This form is used to submit highlights and achievements your chapter is proud of from this semester. Please note that information submitted through this form may be selected to be featured in newsletters to various constituent groups for the Department of Fraternity and Sorority Life or for the IFC community.

 

Documentation of all programming, rules, and regulations regarding the sweetheart competition must be submitted to the Panhellenic Executive Board three to five (3-5) weeks prior to the start of the event for documented review and make a recommendation to the Panhellenic Council for approval prior to the start of the competition.
